Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

If you experience any issues with your product or wish to make a return, please refer to the policy below.

1-Month Warranty & Lifetime Free Repair

All DEC products come with a 1-Month One-to-One Warranty and Lifetime Free Repair Service. If you encounter any issues, please contact our Customer Service ( WhatsApp: 012-9135260 / dcfashionmy@gmail.com ) and provide:

  • Proof of purchase or order number
  • Short description of the issue
  • Supporting image(s)

Our team will assess your case and guide you through the process.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty starts from the date of delivery (based on courier confirmation).
  • Covers manufacturing defects such as stitching, zipper, or hardware issues.
  • Does not cover wear and tear, stains, fading, misuse, or accidental damage.
  • Service provided as one-to-one replacement or repair, depending on condition.
  • Confirmed defects will be replaced at no cost.
  • Issues caused by misuse or external factors will be returned without repair

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy (Non-Defective Items)

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (not due to a quality issue), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days and arrange to ship the item back to us.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in resaleable condition.
  • Once received and inspected, a Gift Card refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued.
  • The Gift Card is valid for 6 months, non-transferable, and usable only on the DEC website.
  • If you wish to exchange for another item, a Gift Card will be issued first,  you may then place a new order.
  • RM10 surcharge per item applies for exchanges (excluding apparel).
  • For orders with free gifts or promotional items, all gifts must be returned together.
    If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. DEC is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Apparel Exchange Policy

  • Apparel can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Exchange is available for the same design (different size or color), subject to stock availability.
  • If size / colour unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal value.
  • Refunds are not applicable for apparel unless the item is defective.

 

All returns, exchanges, and warranty requests will be processed in accordance with DEC Collection’s standard procedures. DEC Collection reserves the right to make the final decision and to amend this policy at any time.
